The DOT is accountable to the COO for the safe and on-time graduation of all student training courses at FTA Queensland and is to ensure that all related activities involved are conducted in the most efficient and cost effective way, to ensure that FTA Queensland meets its business strategy to maximise profit whilst adhering to FTA Queensland’s policies and procedures, CASA and other regulatory requirements.

The flight instructor position is accountable for flight training and assessment duties and assisting the Training Manager to deliver and assess flight and associated training to his/her allocated students.
The GSI position is responsible for the effective and professional delivery of ground training syllabi, assisting the MGT to deliver and assess ground theory instruction to his/her students.
Reporting to the MRS the Chef is responsible for the day to day operation of the kitchen, ensuring the timely and cost effective delivery of all meals and services.
Reporting to the chef(s) on duty the Kitchen Hand is responsible for the preparation of food products and the day to day cleanliness of the kitchen operations.
This role conducts general maintenance duties around the FTA Queensland campus and associated buildings.
