FTA’s 11th DA42 lands at Parafield Airport

FTA’s latest twin engine DA42 aircraft recently landed at Parafield Airport, having undertaken an 18 day ferry journey that originated in the USA.  On the aircraft’s arrival, Dave Toy, FTA Parafield’s COO commented “We are extremely pleased to have our 11th DA42 arrive in Adelaide, and it will soon be put to good use by our pilot cadets.  This aircraft brings the total fleet for the FTA training group to 75 Diamond aircraft, which are complimented by 2 Mudry CAP10 aeroplanes and 3 helicopters. The purchase of this latest aircraft forms part of our ongoing investment program that also extends to improvements in non-operational areas such as our residential facilities.”
